I've had mine for a little over a month, and after getting used to them, they work like a charm.

Love 'em. It does take a little getting use to. Mine were not so much distracting, but it took a few weeks to realize that I have another mirror there. I was glancing at the larger mirror, and missing the smaller spot. They are great for group rides as well. Helps you keep up with everyone.

I need some help. I finally got the mirrors installed on the wife's Deluxe. I have noticed something that I'm wondering if my mirrors are defective? Or is this a design flaw? The convex mirror is angled in toward the rider. On the left mirror, if you look at the place where the oval shaped convex mirror meets the flat mirror, the convex mirror is below the surface of the flat mirror. It's tilted the wrong way. I can't attach a pic because of the PC police, but I'll try to get my wife to attach one.

Anyway, it doesn't improve my view to the blind sides, but I can see the right side of the road from my left mirror.[:@]

I have had them on my glide for about a month now. I love em...
They do take a little getting used to since you can actually see something with them. LOL....
No they are not perfect but better than the stock ones.

I'll add another vote for the stick-on mirrors. About $6 for both, and stuck them on the inside part of the mirror where I would normally be seeing nothing but my shoulder (they work fine there due to being convex).

If there's one car behind you, you don't need to see him in the center of both mirrors. Push both your mirrors out so you don't have so much overlap of the view behind you and I think you might find the stock mirrors provide you an adequate view. I do!

When one starts trusting their mirrors and relying on them so heavily.....accidents seem to occur. Stock mirrors are plenty adequate and get the job done. If you must see more behind you....simply turn your head and look that way.

Three things that should not be trusted....a fart, a cook, and a rearview mirror. Yes, I said the rearview mirror.

I've been riding with those mirrors since last year. They are good if you do a lot of group rides, because it gives you a better view of what is behind you in your lane, rather than showing you what is beside you (in your blind spot). As a road captain, they are useful to keep an eye on your riding buddies. They are not designed like a 360 degree mirror. If you want that function, I'd buy a small stick on from an auto parts store.

I still look over my shoulder whenever changing lanes and I doubt that habit will ever stop.
