Need some help

I just completed a handlebar change and a cam swap. I hooked up the laptop to reflash the ECM with a new map and I cant get any communication with the ECM. I'm using the SE pro tuner set up. The fuel pump runs when the run switch is activated and the bike will start and run. All other electrical functions seem to be working correctly. I used all this equipment a few weeks ago to do some smart tune runs so it's not the first time this stuff is being used. I'm out of ideas.

Total brain fart, ended up that the VCI was in record mode. DUHHH

Glad you got it figured out, but with all the electronics on the newer bikes, you might as well be speaking "Greek" to me!
