My '010 does - it's a larger black rubber connector with an attached cap. Pull off the cap and you will see 4 small pins inside which equal 2 sets of 12VDC when the ign switch is on ACC or IGN - no juice when off. I think HD makes a plug-in adapter so that you can wire up accessories. Hope that helps.
