Just received my new T bag that I ordered from VikingBags. WARNING to anybody from Canada that buys from this company.
First off the bag was $99.00 when I went to check out they added $49.00 freight I thought big parcel UPS fine and went ahead with it. The order sat with them from Monday to Friday before they processed it. UPS showed up here and handed me an invoice for $74.00. Viking claims that their products are made in USA yet I got charged duty along with a $43.00 Brokerage fee. I let Viking bags know about the error and they simply would not listen. So in the end the $99.00 bag that is well worth $99.00 cost me $222.00 BUYER BEWARE

I am confused, are you in Canada?
If so the $49 UPS is a standard fee on almost everything.
$74 fee $43 of that brokerage? never been charged that
where is the other $31 I don't know where you are but if you are in Canada and lets say Ont. for example you would still only be paying tax of 13% no? so that is like $12.87 not $31
Maybe I am missing something, but none of your post is adding up.
I am in Ontario and I got charged 13% tax, a ridiculous brokerage fee and duty. That is why I am upset I never expected Duty because they say the product was mad in the US
