Default BAL Longevity

For those of you using the BAL tail lights, how long have you had yours? And have you had any issues?

I'm looking at options for LED tail lights for visibility. I'm torn between BAL-1R and the Custom Dynamics option. I know I probably can't go wrong with either, but I like that CD has lifetime warranty against LED failure. However, I like that the BAL has the flasher/strobe module built in with it, where as I would have to buy the CD module separate (as well as finding a spot to mount the module).

Thoughts?

No issues with the BAL. LED's are pretty robust. I wouldn't worry.

No problems with my BAL after 2 years but my buddy who turned me on to it had his fail. He sent it back for warranty repair and they replaced it no charge with very fast turn around time.

Love all the light (Blinking) options the BAL offers, including the brightness.
