Thanks, Not much to tell. I bought it off the original owner that never rode it. It had about 25 miles on it when I bought it last year. It's practically brand new with about 500 miles on it now.
A quick question to those of you who are fortunate to own one of these FXR2/3/4's.
I need to replace the exhaust mufflers on my FXR2. I still have the stock mufflers but replaced them early on with Screaming Eagle mufflers that are no longer available from the Moco. I have searched high and wide for something similar to the look of stock mufflers but are performance mufflers with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?
Just looking to replace the mufflers not the headers. Its a fitment issue in mounting them to the frame. Thanks!!
Do some research and get the part numbers of the old SE mufflers, and then do an E-bay search of NOS (New old stock ) by the part number. I think you might be able to find them pretty cheap.

25 miles? I thought I was doing well when I found a '94 FXR with under 10k eariler this year. Quite the find.
Am really curious what you had to give for that bike with only 25 miles on it. When I bought mine new back in 1999, the dealers were having a field day jacking the price way above MSRP as high as $25K at one dealer I tried to buy from. I got lucky after scouring three state area and bought mine for MSRP at $17K. I know the production was limited in number and wonder today if there is any significant resale value as it being the first CVO bike made. Can you ballpark what you paid?

Thanks very much for the heads up on these mufflers! I found them and jumped on them as they are exactly what I was needing. Hopefully they will prove to be in a much better condition than the ones I have now.
Now it turns out I am looking for a set of the original headers. They are nonexistent within the realm of the MoCo.
This is the great part about this Forum and exactly why I continue to read/post/share here. Fellow Harley riders helping other Harley riders. Lots of flames/hate/bullshit sometimes with little respect sometimes shown but in the end it really is a great forum.
