No, it said 37% effective in preventing fatal injuries, 41% for passengers. And no helmet means how effective? 0%?
And 45.5% more lives would have been saved if a helmet was worn.
And rarely, if ever, is it determined, recorded and analyzed if it was a DOT helmet or better.
Nor does it say the effectiveness for injury reduction or prevention.
Suggesting helmets are not effective is f*cking stupid.
