Default Need some Quick Advice about buying this CVO from use people

UPDATE ON POST # 15 With 3 Videos

.................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ........................

My brother and I where at the local dealership this weekend and this bike caught HIS eye. He likes Dyna's and misses his Low Rider.

It's a 2008 with 140miles on it with a 110 motor.

Looks like it might be a Wide Glide ?

I think it has a 21" 90 front tire ?

They are asking $18.5k but what is it REALLY worth ?
Also, the bike has been up there for a few months not selling.

Anything you can tell me about it would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Also. how much quicker would the 110 be vs my SE Pro Stage 4 103 ?

Not sure how they built the 110 motors. Mine has 10.5 to 1 pistons CNC ported heads and a 259E cam and 58mm throttle body with high flow injectors if that helps.

Here it is. We are going up to look at her in a couple Hours.

Thats my Niece so be nice guys !!!

Not too many of them built, see below...
A quick check of the CVO forum would lead me to think the price is a bit high. 17,500 would be a very good price. Under $18K pretty good. I do wonder how long it's been sitting without running. VERY low miles. Stuff goes bad when bikes sit and don't run.

Looks like a Superglide (FXDC) to me. Wide glide has a different fender. That fender on that bike in this picture looks like a Super Glide rear fender.

At any rate, I would have a hard time paying $18.5K for a 5 year old FXDC (if thats what it is) no matter what extras it had on it.
The 110 would be nice but I could build someing much nicer for the CVO premium on this bike.

To each his own though and I say if that's what he wants? Then buy it! Money shouldn't really play a roll if that is the bike he wants.
Never mind the fact that he can buy a brand new street glide with the 103" for the same price!

I think 2012 Dyna Super Glides come with the 96 motor but yeah they are cheaper. Black lists for $13k

Dealer website lists it as a '07 FXDSE Superglide
KBB retail is $16,535.00
Make sure the mileage listed is not just the trip meter. That's seriously low mileage for a 5+ year old bike

Just a heads up. When harley came out with the 110 in 2007, they had many problems with the engine. This trouble leaked over into the 08 models. This was a well documented problem that was never fully resolved. Just a buyer beware.

looks nice

very low miles (could have problems from that)

Price seems high, just because its a CVO doesn't mean its worth super money versus the standard model so don't get crazy

110 will move nice, your stage 4 with cams probably pulls better

I rode the CVO softail at daytona this past Feb and the 110 pulls nice for stock, but a cam'd and tuned 96 is about the same, and a cam'd and tuned 103 i have to believe pulls more then a stock 110

great paint scheme

You are correct but I am referring to the CVO Dyna, the bike in the picture you posted, it comes with a 110"
Then I mentioned a new street glide that starts @ $18 and comes with the 103"

EDIT: Ahhhhhh I see the confusion. I called it a FXDC. I meant "looked like" one because of the rear fender to me anyways. But it is an FXDSE
