I know Milsco makes the road zeppelin seat for HD, not sure about the sunray. Couldn't hurt to check with them.

Maybe a car stereo place or industrial wiring harness manufacturer could help you out?

If it is a heated seat it may work similar to a gerbings with a hot and ground wire. You might be able to make it work with their controller.

Which is just a water proof potentiometer that you could get at radio-shack along with the connector for less that $100.. Take the seat into radio-shack and see what they say.

Hey, thanks for the info! I just sent an email to them...I never knew it would be so hard to get a wiring connector. Time to cross my fingers and hope for the best!

You're right, thatis the one I need for connecting it to the bike, but the one that connects inside the seat is a six prong connector that only uses three of the prongs. It is a slender, white rectangular connector. Thanks for your help

Get a good photo of it here, and I can run it by the Electronics Engineers where I work, and figure out what the connector is.

I'm having problems uploading my photos but my wife will try to post them for you to look at tomorrow. Thanks for the extra effort. I appreciate everyone trying to help me out.

Here are photos of the end that Streetbagger needs:

This is the cable that goes from the accessory plug to the seat. One end is the Deutsch connector, so that is pretty straightforward, but the other end is the unknown.

I am pretty certain it's a Amp Tyco 794895-1, and I get get that for him no problem; BUT I have no idea of the wiring configuration. If someone here has this, can we get some photos of the wiring harness?
