Copd

Have a 2009 Ultra Classic with the 96 cu. in. engine, no performance modifications. The bike sucks air like it has COPD; no get up and go. I would like to get some performance out of it without breaking the bank. I'm about ready to slip on a pair of V&H mufflers. What additional mods can you suggest without tearing into the engine? My next step is to replace the damn pipes and get rid of the cat. My right leg is darker than my left from all the heat. I suspect this has been asked a million times, but appreciate everyone's experiences. Thanks!

Good luck. You just bought a blank canvas. Now you need paint, brushes, that cardboard paint mixy thingy and a funny hat. In other words you gonna spend some money.

I would look at Fuel Moto for the aircleaner/muffler/tuner kit. I put the 2-1-2 stainless header to lose a bunch of heat to the leg. They are showing 14 HP in that kit.
