Default Battery Charger Question

I replaced the battery in my 05 road king in early August. Hooked up a Global 1.25 Amp Battery Charger. The charger won't go to green, stays on steady orange. The battery voltage is 14v. The charger output is .89v.
Is this normal output for the charger? If it is what should I check next? The battery cables were cleaned when the battery was installed.

Thanks for your help,

Larry

Greetings blue4774

You need to check the amp output from your charger to verify if it is correct.

My Battery Tender does the same thing. Get a C-Tec charger and all will be fine.

I have no idea of the details but the C-Tec solved the problem.

It took my CTek multi us 3300 almost 24 hours to go to green last week. Battery is right at 1 year old and bike had been down for about 3 weeks before i hooked the Ctek up.
