I went to nexlsports.com and ordered a high dollar carbon/kevlar 3/4 helmet because that was the only place I could find one. They replied that I needed to send a check before they would process order - they don't deal with credit cards. I hesitated, but since some local businesses here don't like credit cards, didn't think too much of it and sent the check. That has been two months ago and I cannot get a response from these people via email or phone. I checked their local Better Business Bureau and found there were 56 complaints in 36 months (period of record for BBB). I have done thousands of dollars of business over years for several motorcycles on the web, and never had any problem until now. So, beware, and tell everyone you know - don't be screwed by Nexl.

ACC for the wIN! better helmet, better looking (imho) and great service. I ordered friday. Was told 2-3 weeks wait. Was called monday and told "the girl that took your order did not ask all the questions we needed to complete". I finish an on phone interview and she says , "ok bill, I have that one just finishing production on tuesday this week and yours will be to you by friday at the latest"
WHAT? I am getting it this week , only 4 days after order ? not 4 weeks like the website and other sites say? and they took my credit card info over the phone. FLAWLESS!
I have not even gotten the thing yet but am happy so far.
I have to say, I've had a Nexl helmet for a couple years now and had no problems when I ordered it over the internet with a CC. They even had a DOT recall on the helmet, sent me a free shipping label and I had the helmet back in a couple weeks (off season riding). The ACC helmet is nice looking though. May consider purchasing.

That is too bad, I have their helmet, love it, have reccommended it. I tried to become a dealer a year ago. They gave me the run around. Probably a good thing. Go with the ACC brand. I have heard good things form them. My next helmet will be from them.
ordered NEXL a year ago,got the dick-dance from them for 6 months, but i did get a refund from them. seems like they sure had a lot of problems. bought ACC from CUSTOM WORKS,she is great, service is even better and helmet is exactly what i wanted. would highly recommend both of them.
