After two weeks with my 2012 RGC I love it even more than the day I bought it. That said, it doesn't sound like I want it to sound. I grew-up around Harleys and have this idea in my head about what my bike should sound like but, instead, as I drive along, it sounds like a sewing machine to me! I know the twin cam 103 is different but is there anything I can do to make it sound more, well, like a Harley? To give you an idea of what I mean listen to the bikes in the first minute of this clip
I haven't done business with these guys, but their reputation on this site speaks for itself. They can take care of your exhaust, air cleaner, and tuning needs. From the comments on HDforums you will find excellent customer service:
The combination of suggestions for this question is immeasurable. Personally, I would get some inexpensive slip-ons. Check out J&P Cycles online, you can get a quality set for less than $400. Air cleaners are just as plentiful; do some research.
These are easy installs, regardless of your skill level so try to do it yourself and save some coin. It will also allow you to get intimate with your new RGC.

You can get the stage 1 download from the dealer. It is a matter of opinion whether you need to or not - I did.
see here's your problem with "The Sound" The sound your expecting doesnt exist anymore. The bikes of old had high lift cams and were idled down to within an inch of their life. which gave them that "hot rod" bad **** sound. You can put a high lift cams in the new bikes but dropping the idle down below 1000 rpm will give you problems because of 1 the fuel injection and 2 the oil pumps that are in them now days. You can throw exhaust on them and make them loud as hell and you can stick a good cam in it to get it close...but the modern bikes will not sound like the mean bikes of old.
