I purchased a pair of prescription riding glasses from Rider's Eye (www.riderseye.com) a little over two years ago for about $175.00. (Yes, single vision, grey polarized prescription glasses with foam padding for under $200.00). Sure the frames were definitely not the quality of a Ray Ban, but what do you expect for $25.00.
Anyway, after two years and about 12,000 miles, I broke one of the arms. I contacted Rider's Eye and sent my glasses back to them. They replaced the frames and only charged me $22.00 plus the cost of shipping. I had the glasses back within a week.
It is really nice to deal with a company that cares about their customers.
I just bought some cheater riding glasses from Helmethead.com.Ordered some shades & clear for night riding. The clear pair was not what I'd ordered so I contacted them, they gave me a choice of sending them back or he would knock off $10.00 off the price(they were $22.00,I think).Decided to keep em.A week later got an email stating the glasses I originally ordered came in & if I wanted a pair & he'd send em plus free shipping.Great customer service & I will deal with them again.
