After losing several pair of my cheap sun safety glasses I decided to invest in a good pair of glasses for my riding, I went with liquids eyewear as I was intrigued by the hingeless solid aluminum billet frame, when they arrived I loved the way they fit and looked, and simply stay put on my head. Skip forward 16 months, leaving a bar and grill after nightfall did not have my case, or anything to wrap the glasses in so I just set them in my saddlebag, 30 miles later an abrasion in one of the lenses, panicking as I have a 2000 mile trip planned at the end of the month. Lens replacement is $25.00 I sent the glasses in they called last Friday when they received, I explained I was leaving in 8 days. The CSR stated she will personally walk the glasses next door to have the lenses replaced and try to get them out the same day. Today, 5 days later, I received my glasses, after inspecting them I noticed they sent me a brand new pair. I called liquids eyewear to express my gratitude but the original CSR had gone for the day. I can only figure that my concern to get my glasses back timely evoked her to just box up a new pair, great company, making their product in America.
If your In the market you should really give Liquids a shot. Good to know there still companies out there who stand behind their product
Sunglasses? Thought I was going to read about a great deal you made on a 2014, or a super generous trade-in, or something Harley related... not an ad for sunglasses in the Touring forum. Always nice when a person or company goes the extra mile regarding customer service.

I'm glad he did! Reading about 2014 bikes is old news and the nonsense some write about just to say they bought a new bike.
I buy Maui Jim's because of their customer service. Free nose pieces shipped upon request, lens replacement, etc.
I was sold after I got tangled up with a runner while playing softball. My sunglasses seemed to take the brunt of it. They were thrashed! I decided WTH I'll send them in with a note explaining what happened. I'm not sure how they pulled it off, but they rebuilt them like new. I got them back with a letter that said, Mahalo Don this repair is on us!

good to hear of the good treatment.
the logic in this statement made me chuckle. thanks for that, needed it this early in the morning. 'I keep losing cheap glasses, so let me spend a ton of money and buy some expensive ones..'
