2010 Electra Glide....once engine is fully warm, at 65+ mph voltmeter begins to fluctuate rapidly between 13.5 and 16 volts. Drop below 65 and voltmeter returns to normal. Try to duplicate at 60 in 4th gear to match rpm when doing 65-voltmeter holds steady, so it is speed, not rpm that problem occurs. on third trip to dealer with this problem, they replaced the voltmeter (I know this is not the problem)...pick up the bike (tell wife to wait for me at the dealer)...yep, you are right, get back on interstate and same problem regardless of rpm, it only occurs at 65+...any ideas, anyone experience same problem? I know the techs don't have a clue (and I don't hold this against them, electrical problems are awful) and I know they have put an honest effort to find the cause.

I'd go with a loose wire, rubbing wire, etc.. for starters
looks like wind /movement based problem...maybe..
basic troubleshooting , start with connections..
