Most of my time will be spent on a package deal my son purchased. Two xs 650 Yamahas 76,78 both barn baskets with rust, acorns, pine needles, cob webs, more rust and straw but have paper. He doesn't have anything near a complete bike between them.

Kewl deal on the Yammy's.... my first official bike I purchased was a 650 Yammy while stationed in Puerto Rico in 1973-4. I think it was a TM650, was just an awsome bike to learn on... couple minor dumps... before I picked up my 68 XLCH basket. I had a blast on that 650, ran and handled great, drove it all over PR for a year before the basket showed up, good luck on the project...

I have a few projects this winter too. That ole 68xlch has been down for several years, it'll be the focus this winter, some carb work, clutches are dragging, time to clean the basket up and reseal, fresh paint needed, maybe do something with the front end.

Next comes the 88 FXLR.... I just recently got the ole hotrod running again, needs a little cosmetic work, rear shocks, something with the swingarm and a little TLC.

Lastly, the newest kid on the block, our 09 FLHTCU.. just did the 1st upgrades with the 4" Rineharts, SE intake and Fuelpak... think I'll just wax it and cover it...

New horn, mini apes and mini floorboards (so I can wear my heeled boots and not get caught up on the pegs ). I may/may not add the luggage rack depending on how the parade flag set up goes...

That's about it

I picked up a 59 Pan/Shovel 2 years ago. It's finally up on the bike lift and it's going to be my winter project. I like the looks of it as it sits in the picture so I'm not changing much. This weekend I'm welding on mounts for the sprung cop seat I bought (weathered brown leather). I have to make mounts for the floorboards as well. I have the original front end but it was in rough condition, that's a Softail FL front end on it as well as the red powdercoated Softail wheels.

I have the original Mousetrap for the clutch that will go back on. The tank and fenders will get repainted gloss black. The motor was rebuilt ten years ago and never started. Over the years the frame had a lot of modifications done to it (crappy looking brackets, holes drilled in different places for switches and wiring...etc). I'll fix all that this winter when it's apart.

Mods started are pulley and calipers powder coated by Joe. Can't wait to get them back on, they look great. New Avons and then need to address lopping sensation on long sweeping turns, true track on the horizon. Next will be cylinder work.
