Chicago was a balmy 48 degrees, and I did a quick 100 miles on the bike before dinner.
Last year, Chicago's winter was so mild I was able to ride every one of the winter months........ Even if it snowed, it would then warm up, rain, and wash the salt away, and I could do a cruise.
Got out on the 4th after work (working stiff). Not much time, but I got maybe an hour and 1/2 in. Last half of the ride was pitch black and getting colder, but may be the last chance to get out for awhile. High's tomorrow look to be in the low 40s....
