Default Lowering kits

Has anyone lowered a 2013 street glide with rear lowering blocks have lowered front end with new springs did not seem to lower bike

Yes. I did like you and lowered the front of my wife's street glide frist and then lowered the rear with the LA Choppers lowering blocks. When you think about it if you lowered the front 1 inch at the seat you you have probably only lowered it about a half an inch based on the geometries of the angle.

swap out the shocks, it will drop then

yes this is my wife's bike i ask as it does not seem to be much clearance between the wider tire on a newer model and the fender plus concern over exhaust to ground clearance lowering blocks do not list as compatable for 2013 model

The 2012 and 2013 are the same. I run about 15# of air in the shocks and no issues with bottoming out or ride quality. The ground clearance is fine you will scrape the boards well before the exhaust
