Default windshield

Looking for suggestions on what size and type of shield i should go with. I have a 07 Ultra with a 6" windshield on it now. The problem is post neck surgery (18 mo) the turbulance and force make long distance painful and somewhat unenjoyable.
Thinking of a 10" LRS. At 6' tall 10" is what there sight suggest. Any feedback on LRS, Klock Werks, Windsplitter etc. etc.?

Many people say you're supposed to be able to see just over the windscreen. I've had both and had no problems looking through it. If you ride in the rain, you will have to be able to sit upright and see over it though. I replaced my stock windscreen on my EG with a 6" smoked screen and I do like it better than the stock 10".

Looking over works for me. Go to the showroom and sit on a couple of bikes. It will give you an idea of the height that you need.
I hate mine unless it real cold. I dont use it in the summer at all.

That wind you feel is probably coming from under the fairing. If Harley makes wind deflectors for the forks on your Ultra I'd go with them.

Those work great on my Heritage.

I my case the only way to cut turbulence and not look through the windshield is to cut one down. I'm 5'8" and (at least RK) windshields are either way too small or I look through em.
