Default Need a Sturdy 2" Muffler Clamp

Can anyone recommend a manufacturer who makes a 2" muffler clamp that wont break when tightening down on it? I have duals and Ive popped 4 clamps already. I need a clamp you can really tigten down to ensure there are no exhaust leaks. Stock Harley oens would work great but they are only 1 3/4".
Thanks in advance.

p.s. ones that came with my exhaust are exactly like this

Cant see that providing a very good or strong seal at the muffler / headpipe junction.

If you have a proper fit between your tail pipe and the exhaust pipe, you shouldn't need to get it so tight.

If you haven to tighten it that much to prevent exhaust leaks, it sounds like you're trying to mitigate a bad fit with a clamp.

Thanks for the info. Man, those clamps look heavy duty. Think Ill give em a shot.
I dont think Im tightening it down so much as the clamps are just kinda cheap and really dont have the metal to tighten to a good snug fit. Ill know better after trying the other clamps. If theres still a leak Im done with this exhaust and moving on.

Those JEGS clamps work great...use RTV high temp on 'em too....that will get you a great seal.

If the bolt breaks then its to tight after some heat cycles. If the clamp breaks on the spot welds it might of been a defective clamp. Those clamps will also break when the pipe is squashed out of round and has a flat edge-----------all in all they are pretty tough

Are you referring to the jeggs or the one I posted? The ones I posted kept breaking at the two tiny welds that hold the flap over to the curve. Pretty chincy if you ask me. Those Jeggs look pretty tough. Now if I break the jeggs, the problem is all on me. lol

Use Permatex Ultra gray sealant on the joint then add the clamp , wipe off any excess let it sit over night and your golden . The clamp can fall off and the pipe won't move or leak . Been using that stuff to fix bogus pipe fits on pans & shovels for years .

If the clamp is breaking at the welds you are way over tightening them , find & fix the problem don't look for a better band aid ........................

you can look at the bolts T end and if its cocked up high against the clamp you are to tight. The style you have broken (in the picture) can crush the pipes if over tightened then it just keeps leaking needing a tighter and tighter clamp action until the weakest point fails. You might want to take a close look at your pipes for the crush.the jegs clamps can crush to,Follow directions on them so you dont actually crush the pipe but collapse it as well.If the joint where you use it is loose you can actually crush the pipe and it will make a ridge in the clamps seam. When you get the jegs the clamp itself will be way thin and make you thing its weak but in reality both of these clamps shown are pretty tough---
