Miracle Ride
After talking with HDF Admin, I was told I could post about The Miracle Ride for Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis IN. May 31 to June 2nd.
We are still looking for sponsors, which start at $300.00, and go up, the $300.00 get a business name on 500 tshirts, in 100,000 brochures, gets you 2 of those shirts ,and 2 passes to the ride. pm me if you would like to be a sponsor.
This is our 20th Miracle Ride, and we are going to do it big, each $50.00 entry gets you a ticket towards a 2013 Street Glide, we also have 7 poker runs from all over Indiana , all ending at Lucas Oil Raceway poker run prizes have in the past been a sportster, an inclosed trailer, tickets to the Indy 500 , and Moto GP,at the Raceway we will have a full on all motorcycle drag race I know we will have some Nitro Harley bikes there, and on Friday night it will be open for anyone to put your bike on the track if you have $50.00 , SNELL helmet , gloves jeans, and boots. There will be live music at the track along with other activities, and remember this is for Children, so bring them too. Every entry payed by riders goes straight to the hospital, this is why we need those sponsors,to pay for the event.
We are trying very hard to make the purse for the entire race $30,000 to be divided by the classes.

I forgot to mention THE BIG RIDE, we all gather on Sunday morning, at Allison Transmission, and ride to Riley Hospital, then around the track at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, then we ride our way out to Lucas Oil Raceway, usually ends up to be about 4,000 people doing the ride which should grow this year.

The tickets to win the bike are given to each person that pays entry to the ride with their $50.00 I would take your money, but I don't know how I would do it for you unless you came to the ride on Sunday. it isn't a raffle it is just a record for our numbers, and the tickets happen to be numbered.
Spend the weekend, do a poker run, have a chance to win a sportster ,probably an atv, there is usually a Triumph, and an enclosed trailer as prizes, but you never know what will end up as a poker run prize. There is always a silent auction too. You can not beat that feeling when riding by those kids when you ride in front of Riley Hospital, and those kids are out there on the sidewalk, with the signs, and smiles.

I have ridden in the Miracle Ride for the last 3 years. It is great time and a great ride. I highly recommend it!
