Foot throttle?
I had also found the second one on google, which is the first one now shown in your post, but I believe it is an electric speed control.
The third one, the Hot Foot, might work, but I cannot tell much about it from the picture. I will google the product name and see what I can find out.
HI pork,
I had this posted originally but deleted it because it doesn't look like it would work on a bike...
By the way, I googled "motorcycle foot throttle" then clicked on the "images" link on the google page. I like searching by image, I have good luck with that.

Good luck in your quest.
She also experienced once or twice when the throttle rocker hung up on her glove or jacket sleeve and created quite a problem.
Also, as I have said, hand strength is not the problem. Several doctors have examined her and concluded that her hand strength is at least normal. She does extensive weight machine workouts three times a week. I'm not sure why you would think that numbness would result from a lack of hand strength.
Anyway, thanks for giving it some thought.

Thanks again for your help. Really hope I can find a way to duplicate the aluminum billet device. As I mentioned above, she has no bike right now, so we would have to get a bike and take it to a fabricator to get the throttle made up, because some trial and error would probably be required. Wife is skeptical and doesn't really want to spend money on a bike without knowing we can make it work. That is why a purpose-built commercially available device would be really helpful, but it doesn't look like one is available.
Thanks again to everyone for your thoughts and suggestions.

I have stopped by his shop a couple of times as it is on my way to work and his fabrication work is outstanding. His personal bike is an old K-Model rigid Sportster he built that features a custom right side hand clutch/jockey shift and left foot throttle that I thought was the clutch pedal at first, until I saw that the single cable hooked to it was far too dainty to handle clutching duties. The foot throttle is brass and looks like something you would see on an old street rod. When I spoke to him about it he said he'd be reluctant to build something like that again, but given the medical reasoning you've outlined and the fact it would be going on a Sporty trike perhaps he would rethink it.
I had hand surgery on my dominant right hand back in 2010 which resulted in a fair amount of scar tissue and now I can't close my hand all the way. Perhaps someone else has already suggested it, but I had a billet RH throttle bracket drilled & tapped so I could remount the throttle on the LH side like an old-style Indian and it works like a charm; I say this as from your posts it sounds like your wife's wrist issue is on her right side only (?) I have one of Jordan's business cards around my home somewhere too as I am interested in having him fabricate a RH tank shift for the Sporty in my avatar so that I'm not shifting and throttling with the same hand as I've been doing since the surgery (my bike has an FLH police-style tank shift and LaBriola foot clutch pedal I put on in 2008 after injuring my left elbow.)
Anyway, I hope this helps.

[ A spiral track inside the handle bar pulled the cable up,or pushed it back.]
BTW-that "hotfoot" is for boats.. It seems to me that a foot throttle would be a real problem taking off from a dead stop,or inching slowly in traffic.

Actually, Sue's left hand has a cramping problem, while the right hand goes numb. That's why we are thinking of going to an automatic clutch that I mentioned before. On her TriGlide, I had installed a reduced effort clutch with a lockup feature. It cut the lever effort by a major amount, but she still got some cramping. When it cramps, it just goes shut and stays there.
You gave us some good food for thought, though. Thanks.
