I'm getting close to pulling the trigger on a 2013 EG classic. The dealer wants list price and will throw in $1000 store credit plus 10% off everything in the store and 15% off labor "for life" whatever that means. Since I don't do this every day I'm wondering how this stacks up with deals others have had. If it's a good deal that's great. If it's reasonable then that's ok too.
that sounds like an awesome deal. on oahu in hawaii, there are only 2 harley dealerships....its a "sellers" market" and they can get whatever price they ask for. when you go into the showroom, all bikes have a price tag way above MSRP. that sounds like an awesome deal. congrats!
The 15% off labor for life is a big deal if you plan on letting them do all your services, and installing all your extras, if not it doesn't mean a lot. just my 2 cents

It's a good deal, but I bet you can maybe find better.
I just bought a new 2013 Electra Glide Classic.
Color paint was extra, with abs/security and cruise.
msrp came out to $22,194.
I got it for $21,000 with no charge for set up or doc fee. ($1,194 off list)
20% off all parts for 90 days.
10% off all parts for life.
Free 1k service
Free 5k service
$200 in free clothing
Maybe works out to about the same?? Not really sure.

Reading some of replies it may not be the best deal, but comparing the price i paid (thought it was a great deal), you are getting a fantastic deal. If you like the dealer and they are close to where you live support them.
