If you are going to **** someone off, go all the way.
Whenever I block somebody in, I always make sure I turn on the flame-throwers and char the paint real good on the bike behind me before going in for a beer.
Why not go back in, find the guy and say "hey dude, do you mind moving your bike. Ya got me blocked in." If he says "sorry" and moves it, no harm-no foul. If he's a douche, just say "Ok, sorry I bothered you, I'll find a way to get out. Thanks!" Either way, he'll come out and move it.
I have my "go to" spots to park in Daytona and Sturgis. That's not much of a problem. I hate the hotel parking lots in Myrtle Beach. There are always too many bikes for the spots available. I've gotten blocked in there more than a few times. Then you get those dudes who think just because they parked in a certain spot on the first day of bikeweek it's their personal spot for the rest of the week. Sorry Charlie, it don't work that way.
I've had to move people's bikes before at bike rallies because they block me in. I don't like touching stranger's bikes, but once you block me in all bets are off. Oh, and once I move it so I can get out I am not obligated to move it back into the spot so it is out of the way, I'll leave that bitch in the middle of the aisle. Once some dick blocked me in at the boat ramp while I was out on the lake. I unhooked his trailer, moved it so I could get out and left it where it was. **** happens.

This reminds me of a story (I know you guys hate when this happens but I'm doin it anyway).
A long time ago (one, maybe two moons) I was parked in the parking garage where I worked. When I parked I put the bike in little hashed off area between two car parking spaces. A city car was in the space to my right and the one to my left was empty.
I finished my shift and went down to hop on the bike and go home and what I found was a car parked in the space to the left at a angel so that I couldn't my bike out.
I went back upstairs and started bitching to my co-workers about what an *** whoever owned the car was. About six of them went downstairs with me and we were able to bounce the car on my left that blocked me in, over enough to allow me to get the bike out.
We then bounced it back over so that the right rear bumper was pointed at and almost touching the left rear quarter panel of the city car and it's right front was so close to the wall that it couldn't pull forward more than a few inches.
The city car could back straight out if it needed to but the asshat's car was stuck. I don't know how he/she got it out but the city car was in the same spot when I came back to work the next afternoon.
I got blocked in ONCE during a bike nite. From then on I park blocking the entire space by parking towards the outside of the space at an angle. No more being nice and sharing!
That's what I do. It's my space just like on the road. So stay the hell out of it.
Try to park in a spot where nobody can squeeze in on the right side-That"ll leave room for you to stand it up and pull out.
I had a guy back in close on my right side one time, when I lifted mine,my mirror was directly behind his mirror. I swung the handle bars a bit to get out,but I still tapped his mirror. To the guys watching me,I just shrugged my shoulders.-I figured it wasn't MY fault.

If I don't know you and I didn't arrive wherever I'm at with you, don't park in MY space. I would have no problem moving his bike to get mine out. If he was discourteous enough to park in my space, I'm not beyond moving his bike to get mine out. I'm not going to knock the damn thing over or anything like that, but I'd move it enough to get myself out.
