My sunglasses do ok because they wrap further around my eyes but my regular glasses are killing me.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I wear glasses. But...on the bike I usually wear contacts with goggles, with transition lenses. Works great, night or day for me.
With the glasses, I just had too much wind behind the lenses, along with sand.

This. ^^^^^\

It's really not that difficult…one pair of prescription wraparound riding glasses with transition lenses. Problem solved.

Wraparound sunglasses with transition, prescription lens. They turn perfectly clear when inside or out at night. I don't even bother to take my regular glasses with me anymore when I go out on the bike.

You can get prescription sunglasses that wrap around; just put clear lenses in them. That's what I do.

ETA
I hate transition lenses. I'm blind as a bat for a few minutes after walking into a dark bar after being in bright sunshine. I much prefer having a second set of glasses. Also, my clear lenses are bi-focals, which helps with reading menus and calculating the tip. Plus, I found that over time I developed a horrible sensitivity to light using transition lenses.

I have several different pair of prescription glasses for riding.I have Chopper glasses with transition lenses. These glasses have little magnetic pieces that you can attach to the sides. When attached it pretty much seals them up but I then noticed two things. First thing is I seem to fog up easily, second thing I kind of feel like I have blinders on. I actually have worn these glasses more without the magnetic pieces on the sides. One thing I might mention is if I use my 3/4 helmet with a flip down shield the tint on my transitions will not get very dark.Same effect I get in my car. Another pair of prescription glasses I have are called drivers wear which stay tinted all the time. These are designed to be used behind a windshield and kind of make things seem brighter with a yellow effect.I think I'm going to try using these when I go on my road trip later this month wearing my 3/4 helmet with shield.

Nope . Wear my glasses day and night with no issues. Don't wear a helmet and I have those photo whatever lenses.
Of course I picked frames that fit nice and close and have little curve or wrap to them.
