We did everything that we could to make things right for Mark.
Our products are not junk, if they were junk we wouldn't still be in business. We try to be as transparent as possible with our return policy. When you purchase from our website, it doesn't let you buy unless you agree to our policy.
Just to let everyone know, our store policy isn't one of them 20 page, small print attorney letters either. It's straight forward and easy to understand. I've provided what it looks like below.
Most of the time we go ahead and give the refund back to the customers no problem. We just ask them to send the products back... but when customers call up our office cursing and screaming, we tend to stick to our policies. It's not like you are on hold for 30 minutes and talking to someone overseas, 9 out of 10 times you are speaking with me the owner!
Anytime someone has an issue with our products, we are always willing to help via by phone, email and our customer support department. There are options to get a hold of us, all you have to do is act like an adult and we are always more than willing to help.

We do offer a Lifetime Warranty on parts. If your inserts ever break we will replace them free of charge. Simply, send us the old parts back and we'll send out brand new with no questions asked.
