Beware purchasing from Leather Lid Inserts
I bought saddlebag inserts from Leather Lid Inserts and they are junk. They refused to refund my money. Don't waste your money, time and effort.

The return policy is quite clear on their site:
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Subject to the Leather Lid Inserts Terms of Sale, all sales on the Leather Lid Inserts Store are final. When you agree to purchase an item through Leather Lid Inserts Google Merchant Account and / or PayPal your credit card is immediately charged and the transaction cannot be cancelled. However, products can be exchanged if parts are missing, damaged or if you ordered the wrong KIT.

Hi there, just seen this and wanted to write a response.
We did everything that we could to make things right for Mark.
Our products are not junk, if they were junk we wouldn't still be in business. We try to be as transparent as possible with our return policy. When you purchase from our website, it doesn't let you buy unless you agree to our policy.
Just to let everyone know, our store policy isn't one of them 20 page, small print attorney letters either. It's straight forward and easy to understand. I've provided what it looks like below.
Most of the time we go ahead and give the refund back to the customers no problem. We just ask them to send the products back... but when customers call up our office cursing and screaming, we tend to stick to our policies. It's not like you are on hold for 30 minutes and talking to someone overseas, 9 out of 10 times you are speaking with me the owner!
Anytime someone has an issue with our products, we are always willing to help via by phone, email and our customer support department. There are options to get a hold of us, all you have to do is act like an adult and we are always more than willing to help.
