if i run synthetic, i have a slight oil weep. if i run dino, i don't. and yes, i know that its only a matter of time before it starts leaking with dino too, but for right now, if it ain't broke, i aint fixin it..... but due to the heat here, i'm running 20w-50, and in a month or so, i'll bump that up to 60w.

Cause it's made, in part, from decomposed dinosaurs.

I use straight 50w or 25-50w dino in accordance with the service manual.

you should read what oil actually comes from, except for a microscopic portion does not come from dinosaurs.

Oil actually comes from microscopic single-celled organisms, in the ocean. Sinclair oil company used a dinosaur for advertisements. So, Sinclair advertised oil comes from dinosaurs. I think it is funny how people assume that it comes from dinosaurs. As a disclaimer, yes a microscopic portion of oil could be from dinosaurs.

Why would "dino" be bad for your bike?
