Each individual map has its own AFR settings.

Not all are the same. You could learn a lot by just downloading the software onto your desktop and going through some of the maps. You'll see some are set to run richer that others in certain ranges. It's pretty much trial and error (and experience) that helps you get the right map for your bike. I am not a supporter of dyno's to get your base map but I seem to be in the minority on that topic.

There's a lot to learn about the PCV/AT but there has been some really good threads right here on HD Forums that will educate you a lot on the topic.
