Can't give you any personal experience myself, but from the guys I work with, the general concensus is that they would rather go to Reiss than Keystone H-D. Said they were very happy with their work.
I used to live in Saylorsburg which is just over the hill from Palmerton. Never had any work done by them but know people who did and they were very happy with their work.
Before keystone HD it was Blockers and they were horrorible to deal with. When it was sold Reiss closed to work at Keystone. Don't know what happened bu it didn't last.If you want another quote go to Pocono Mt HD outside of Stroudsburg and talk to Brian the service manager. Ask for Dave Stoddard to do the work. He used to own JD cycle works in Hellertown and is a master engine builder and one of the best tuners on the east coast. He tuned a bike for me and it ran fantastic. Pocono HD is one of the best dealers I've dealt with, no games or bullshit just outstanding work and they stand behind everything they do. Tell them Bud Parker recomended them.
Glad to help.
People travel hundreds of miles to buy bikes or get service done at Schoch's / Pocono Mt HD. They were really good before Dave signed on and now there even better. It's only about a 45 min ride up 33 from Hellertown, worth it for sure and there still are some nice roads to ride in the area.
I had a great experience at Pocono HD last summer and highly recommend them. Went in for inspection and new tires. They sold me tires at a discount, when the other dealers charged full list. Good piece to install. Did the inspection, and adjusted my fork fall away because there was wobble, and replaced a clutch handle spring for no extra labor charge.
Friendly people, nice dealership to walk around too.
