You Should have gotten their plate numbers and given their watch commander a phone call. Ya might have saved yourself some $$$ on your tax bill.
Those two cops do not pay for those motorcycles nor, do they pay for the police equipment on them.

I was an Attack Helicopter Pilot (AH-1/AH-64) for years and we practiced tight formations all the time. Its about trust and training and knowing how the other guys is gonna react. It applies to motorcycles just the same. Oh and it looks cool!
