fog sucks
Was on my way to work early this morning, started out with patchy fog then around the next curve every thing just disappeared. It's like I ran into a wall.
All I could see was the yellow line down in front of me.
Talk about a scary couple of miles. Anybody else experience that?

Did most of the Blue Ridge Parkway in solid fog last fall. So much for the views!! A number of on coming motorcycles rode with their 4 ways flashing, it was kind of surreal but effective. Made for slow and tense ride.

Yellow lights shine through the fog better than white ones so I can see the advantage and safety aspect of putting on the four ways. Let's see a metric do that, or at least the ones I owned couldn't. Had to get out of the car and direct the car one night by walking along the line, talk about scary.

Drove a big rig from San Jose, ca to LA in tule fog. talk about not knowing where you are? Another time driving on a winding levee road, sun just came up and the tule fog was 3 feet off the ground, just enough to cover the shoulder marker sticks. Oh and it was the first time I been on that road.

Been there done that. Had to get next to the fog-line and follow it closely so I could make it home. Luckily it was late at night and very few cages out.

I work rotating shifts and get thick fog on my way sometimes after a night shift. It sucks! Fortunately, I know the road pretty well, and there aren't many cars on the road at that time. When I got out yesterday morning, the fog was so thick I looked like I got out of the shower when I got home.

i have made a couple of road trips and had to deal with that thick fog. once at night and couple time's in the day.it's no fun but it is what can happen when you ride. so you cross your finger's and hope for the best.couple of hundred miles is a real pain but i was lucky not much traffic.
