HD seat height specs
I ride a '76 FXE Shovel (for 30+ years) - highly modified, yes, but its seat height is 27" from the tarmac. That's before I sit my fat *** on it. Just test rode the new Switchback and Road King at a local dealer. Specs say the height is 27.5". Excuse my Swahili, but that is total bullsh*t. It's at LEAST 30" or higher or my name is Elmer. Felt like I was riding on top of the bikes instead of in them. Very disappointing. Sales said shorter seats are available, but I'm sure that sacrifices padding to be sure. I said fat *** earlier but that didn't refer to my boney *** that actually needs more padding now, but my higher beer locker that is my belly. Get IN my belly! I am seriously considering looking at other brands. OMG! OMG OMG! Holy sh*t! Where's that soapy mouthwash!!
