yes... very good. i bought alot of mods for my 03 Yamaha RS Warrior through Phat's.
i encountered one problem with a pair of Kuryakyn chrome levers that i got through Phats. the chrome was bubbling on them. i sent them one email detailing my problem and i had a replacement set at my door within 3 days.... and they didnt want the 'bad' set back.
I have ordered from them several times. Always fast and when they messed (I ordered two sets and they sent one) up an order and I called them it was out the door the same day. But that was the only thing and it is not like I dont make a mistake one a year or so.
I always check before I order from any other place.
