Had a great experience with them this week. I bought a set of Kury ERGO-guards last April and the chrome just would not stay polished, looked like the spray you get riding in the rain even after several cleaning attempts with several products. Contacted Kury about it and was told to use the seller for returns. As I bought them on ebay and the receipt stated a 90 day return policy I thought I'd be S.O.L. but decided to call anyway. With absolutely no hesitation they said "box'um up and send them back". Had to pay the $12.00 shipping but tha's fine by me. Got a call from a service rep yesterday and we talked for about 10 minutes about the problem. I thought they might decline my request for a replacement but she told me a new guard is already being shipped.I almost couldn't believe it! In this day and age of "buyer beware" it's good to see that some companies will stand behind what they sell. Now they may or may not be getting a refund from the manufacturer, I'm not sure but I'll certianly be doing more business with this fine company.
I just bought a set of tires from them and Im well pleased with the service......prompt shipping too....all though Im kinda close I placed the order on Sunday night and tues eve I had my tires..I like that the price you see is what you pay on alot off stuff.......I hate it when you think you have found a good deal to find out it has a 25.00 shipping charge which makes it not such a good deal inthe long run
I bought the Daytona Twin Tec single fire ignition system for my 86. best price, fast delivery! I tend to check them first before I look to other companies.
