They have a scam going where a thief steals a persons account and sells items undertheir name and has cash sent to them. Notice the guy actually has a good feedback , eBay usually catches them but you can copy the link and send it to { spoof@ebay.com }

I bought my bike off Ebay...but I went to look at it before any bidding occurred. Another guy had a scam going on a rat bike that was rusted all over, I think he had his friends bid to get the price way up. I also got a 2nd bid scam on a local wide glide, the owner was in another country (hint, hint), Heusedemailand assured me that a third party would contact me, about delivery etc. The funny thing was he never asked me to send money to him? I eventually turned him in caused I got tired of the run around. So yeah you got to be careful...who was it that said... if it sounds to good to be true... it probably is.
