I just completed the two day course...I am really grateful as a new rider to have done this! It was really cool to learn what exactly the bike AND myself are capable of! Well worth the money in my opinion.
Great!!! As a RiderCoach, I have seen young (new) and old (seasoned) riders learn from taking the BRC. Keep up the education and take the BRC II within the next year. Happy riding!
I keep saying I'm gonna take it again for the insurance break, but really it is good to test your skills. Everyone should take a safety class, they teach you some good riding skills.

Congrats on completing the course, but don't get over confident in your abilities just yet. You and the bike are capable of a lot more than what you learned at the MSF course. It's just the beginning of the learning process.

Will say, though, that it does provide a GREAT foundation to build skills/confidence and enjoy a long adventure on two wheels. Congrats on the course completion (and license!). Ride safe - rubber side down.
Over time you will come to know that the course fee was the best money you've ever spent. Congrats to you for the decision to take the course and for completing it successfully.
