That's OK. Life goes on in the cold. It is nice sitting in a hot tub when the sun is up, and it is dead still out, and 7° doesn't feel that cold with no wind.
I used to look forward to skiing, but now that we have an empty nest, I think I will take up ice skating.
Not being able to ride makes you cherish riding season, and not take any day over 40° for granted.

Low 30's all weekend in middle Tennessee, 5 inches of rain the last two days, ice predicted tonight and all of that headed to you.
Winter seems terribly early this year.

After 5 inches of new snow Wednesday it has really turned cold. Woke up to minus 19 with a 15 mph NW wind. Yeppers, that is minus 30 with wind chill. Jealous of you SOB's that have warm enough weather to ride in.

Woke up at 9:11 was 68 out. Watched for 15 minutes as the temp dropped to 52. No fair....
But you all northern bears up there..
In august most years we wish we lived by you.
We have plenty of new housing here so come on down....stay a spell.

I'm up on the lift doing my seasonal routine . I detail the bike once a year and check all the things I ignore all year. Ie loose nuts n bolts....anything cracked, bent, or whatever.
Gives me something to do all winter before I go bonkers.
