Long story short, I bought a cool derby cover beginning of December from the states, also bought my to points cover from same place same time, both off eBay though separate purchases. Points cover showed up mid December. By January I emailed and asked about the derby cover, told to wait a couple more weeks and see. A week after that I emailed again and said it's not there still, I then learned they sent it to the wrong address, so it was there fault. They said they would send another one out to me. That was 3 weeks ago. Emailed them today they then said eBay advised them not to send it as it's not there problem if it didn't show up. So after telling me they sent another one, (after all that ****ed up) they actually never did send me another one or even email me to let me know of their change in decision. How nice of them...
Now I been loving the idea of getting this zombie "kill or be eaten" derby cover on my bike for nearly 2 months now and I just lost a lot of money and no derby cover. These things happen in life so I'm not going to let it get the best of me just thought I'd share my love affair with a derby cover and some ****** love affair with greed haha
Anybody on here that could help point me in a direction for a cool derby cover? I want it in wrinkle black, something different something cool for a blacked out bike Cheers!!

Bummer that this happened to you.
Who was the seller, so the rest of us can avoid similar experience?
If you have emails or other written messages etc about the wrong address and the promise to send another one, would think Iyou have pretty solid ground to lodge a complaint to eBay and Paypal or your credit card company.
Sorry, no help on the zombie derby. I's sure one will turn up for you.
They had the correct address since they previously sent you the point cover correctly.
Doesn't sound as if you had anything to do with the problem.
I'd pursue it.
I hate thieves. And this is theft plain and simple, they did not send you the part you correctly ordered with a proper address. No way that they aren't responsible from the facts presented.
If you get no satisfaction put their name out here for all to see. They need to wear the reputation that they earned.
