For those of you that purchased the GPS from HD, it probably came with MapSource City Select for North America Version 6. You are entitled to get a free upgrade to version 7. You must go to Garmins Website and fill out a form to ask for it.

I just received and installed my new version. They make you jump through a few hoops to get a new unlock code for this version, the unlock wizard locked up on me, so had to go to their site (from the V7 CD) and fill it in that way. They then give you a new 25 digit unlock code that you need to unlock the software. You will need your Original registration code as well.
I got mine a couple of weeks ago. I had to unload version 6 to have enough room on my hard drive for v7, and also had to jump through hoops to unlock it. Mac got his too I think, but can't use it because someone broke his GPS (Just trying to save you the trouble of posting todays reminder Mac) [8D]
