"Mama Tried" Bike Show Milwaukee 2014
It was an interesting show, a lot of Harley custom choppers and bobbers with a bunch of racing bikes and some metric cafe racers.
I don't know what clicked but I had to spend an hour explaining to my wife the difference between a Knuckle, Shovel, Pan, Evo, BT and Iron. Here some of my favorites, I may have a clearer image of some of the builders names if anyone is interested.
An FXR setup for dirt:

you were here...

Paint this bike black and lose the fish tails and this is basically what i rode when my wife met me in 77. I realised she is basically a yuppie biker chick. Bonus the name is carved onto the heads.

The first thing she noticed was that the race placard matched the year. When I told I liked this she explained that i would never own a bike with that pillion seat.

I never figured out if this bike was original or restored to original.

I liked this style, but maybe I'm old.

Lots of cool old rides. Nice change from the usual stuff.

Put a headlight on this and it is my ideal saturday morning errand runner.

I have a friend that is building a Triumph bike for gravel roads, this seemed like it was 90% there. I'm going to do the same thing but with a 03 and earlier 883.

my son wanted this one:

I suggested this style as an alternative to a scooter for a campus scoot.

Too much fairing for me:

C looking at an Ice Racer? (no shrouded tires, maybe Ice Rider) Or giving me the eye- are you taking my picture?

My son liked this mirror, I'm lost, why not mount the way Harley does it?

This was his favorite instrument cluster:
