Biketronics order

I ordered some speakers and grills last monday its is now wednesday 10 days later and I still did not get a tracking number and no speakers....

Is this normal for this company.
I hate to complain but I do a ton of business online and 10 days to get a part is not acceptable to me.

I ordered some appliance parts and other radio equipment on the same day some of them came from California also and it all came in last Thursday and Friday.

Again just asking if this is normal from them?

I emailed yesterday and have not got a response yet. They don't open till 11 or 12 eastern time so I will be calling today.

I ordered last month on a Monday and got it on Wednesday of the following week. That's to middle Georgia. It'll be worth the wait but call em, customer service experience was great for me.

They are out for delivery today....

I can accept that. the Tracking info was not sent, but when I called they sent it right away.

What speakers did you order?
If it's the new 7.1's, most everyone is sold out and has them on back order.
I ordered 7.1's last week (not from Biketronics) and don't even have a ship date until March 13th.
