Yea the frame seems to be the onlything there that would be salvageable but with the amount of heat that thing was in i would have serious concerns about the strenght of it. Besides, if your looking for a frame to do a custom build you can buy a brand new one for 2 grand anyway. not worth it in my opinion.

does it come with a clean title, if it does, you can get a replacement frame from harley with the same vin number for 1500.00 I think it is. If it's got a salvage title I would walk away, you could still get a frame, but at that point you have salvage titled frame for 3500, not a good deal.

Bikes like that sell for the title , A Harley title will allow you to get a new frame with the same vin. numbers on it . You have to cut off the neck and ship it to the factory.Works out for the guys that steal bikes and use most of the parts on a bike with new numbers. Any newer model Harley title is worth 2 grand , I see them sell on e-bay all the time.
