Default Advice needed

I have decided to do some work to my cams and/or engine. Here is what I am looking at:

I have an 06 street glide with the stock 88 engine. Im not a red line rider and my RPM's rarely reach 5000 but on some occasions I do ride hard but not very often. Im thinking about either having my cams changed out for more torque and power off the line or either I am going to go ahead and do a big bore 95" kit. If I only do the cams I am thinking of the Andrews 21 but if I do the big bore kit I will include the SE 204 cams. I really don't need to have the top end that the 95 kit will give me but it would be an added bonus. What I am really looking for is more low end power and grunt. Should I just do the cams or should I go ahead and do all of it?

What would you do?

If you have the dough, go for the full 95" big bore AND cams

My best friend rides an Ultra with a 95" running 204's and an old V&H Fuel pak. That bike runs like a scalded dog and never has a bad day.

Decided to go ahead and do the bog bore kit and the cams. Getting it done after the Spring rally in MB.
