I have the HF tire changer with MC adapter. I also decided to make my life easier and got a No-mar mount/demount bar. Sure made changing out a tire a lot easier.

Just changed my rear tire a few weeks ago. Used a large c clamp, a pry bar, rubber mallet, and a couple of large screwdrivers. Took about 20-30 minutes, no biggie. Did the front same way last year.

Interesting.
What is your hourly billing rate?
How do you handle billable hours while watching TV?

To help prevent pinching the inner tube when putting the tire on, remove the stem from the tube and blow it up when it's in the tire. It will expand then collapse somewhat but will be more away from the rim.

I also use a vegetable based lubricant around the wheel rim and both the inner and outer beads of the tire to help bend it around the rim.

A couple of real big wooden woodworking (twin screw) clamps will help to keep the tire bead down in the wheel well so the tire will go over the rim easier.

I would recommend not using any kind of oil on the bead to avoid the possibility of the rim spinning in the tire. Tire stores use Ruglyde because it keeps this from happening.

Personally I enjoy having one of these in the corner still.
