I watched a couple videos of guys changing them with zip ties. Screw that, I will just pay the $20 and half hour of my time at the indy.

I change mine I got a bead breaker from harbor freight and a couple tire irons. I could get it off but not on till my buddy told me that you need to warm up the tire first. I lay it on the driveway on a sunny day. With a little soapy water goes right on.

Break the bead with a 2x4 board and a little leverage.
Remove the tire with spoons. (protect the wheel with a section of water hose)
Put new tire on with spoons.
Use a shot of starter fluid and a match to seat the bead. (lube with dishwashing soap first, it also helps seal it)
Add air and done...

Buy a 6 pack of beer with the indy's $20 and have change left for gas.

You can buy hard nylon rim protectors for where you position the tire irons. I've changed the tubeless tires on my Road King, but now I just take the wheels to a local indy.

No thanks, I will pay someone to do it. My time is worth way more than what it would take to change tires on a motorcycle.
