Torx is a star with small raduius...Torx Plus is the same star with bigger radiuses...The one with holes in the center are called tamper proof
I know this cuz my company makes these.........http://vimtools.com/
Torxs Plus...same star with bigger radius. (thanks for the info mr breeze)
Plus Sizes...same human with bigger belt size
Makes sense
Now find them long shanked Torx bits at sears... in a T45+ like the T50 I needed for my passenger footpeg mount. And I needed to ride the next day at 7amand it was already 6pm. I found one at a local auto store that happened to be open till 9 on saterday. (after running around to sears then finding the local tool shop closed). Mind you not a regular T50..or even tamper proof.. a long shanked one to fit past the bolt U thing on the passenger peg mount.
I am going to ask one more (probably stupid question). Can you use a Torx driver in a Torx Plus and vice versa??
Web page didn't say.
Thanks in advance.
