The down side of the buffalo leather is the shine and stiffness when new. Spray it down with an aerosol silicon made for boots. Throw it in a dryer on air dry NO HEAT and let it tumble for a while. The rolling will loosen it up like a year of.riding and being thrown around. Still prefer a good HillbSide naked leather jacket but the other one is a quarter of the price.
Bought a jacket for my wife this year and it seems to be a great jacket at a great price. Heavy leather and looks well made. Hard to find USA made leather at a decent price, and she very rarely rides so it worked out great for that.
I buy all my Chaps and fingerless gloves from them....
Chaps....Well i think they make my *** look big????
Gloves well i think they make my hands look small....No man wants small hands.... :-(
I have had no problems with the items I have purchased from Leatherup. The only thing though is their vest and jackets run several sizes smaller than normal.
So anyone have any pics of their jackets/vests. I'd like to see some real pics not the ones on the site. Maybe on and what size you and the jacket are for reference. I'd like to order one too.
I have bought chaps for both of us, a vest, wife has a coat and I have bought several pairs of gloves from them. Everything has been good quality especially for the price you pay. Make sure and read the reviews for if fits smaller or larger than normal, a big help and have been right on. I will not hesitate to buy from them again.
I bought a hoodie from there. I'm in decent shape and work out a bit, according to their size charts my chest would put me at XL, and the other sizes.
Bought an XL. The thing is massive, made for someone who is 500 pounds. Return it for a Large....Still too big.
But I also bought a heavy jacket for my girlfriend. Her size was medium, it fit great and was decent quality. Didn't know it was from Pakistan, but I guess it's a little too late now.

I had a buffalo leather jacket from them. It was worth the price and seemed to be on par with some of the overpriced HD branded stuff.
Is it on par with the likes of Fox Creek or Schott? Obviously not. But if you need a quality juacket that will offer protection for not a ton of money, the LeatherUp stuff is a good deal.
If you've never held, felt, and worn a top notch made in the USA leather jacket, then the leather up Pakistani stuff will seem ok. I had a 25 yr old Schott Perfecto, and ordered a Leather Up leather jacket for $hits and giggles more or less.
I gave it to a friend as a birthday gift.
There is no comparison. The Pakistani buffalo leather looks cheap laying next to a quality leather jacket.
I'm not knocking it at all, just giving my opinion. It's cheap for a reason.
I have to agree with this a 100%. I just bought my third jacket from Fox Creek (mid weight) and I really feel the quality is more then worth the money. They are still less money the a jacket from the HD dealer and MUCH better fit, feel, and quality IMO. Some things in life you do get what you pay for.
