I need your help with planning a portion of a trip. My riding group is headed to Nashville, Memphis, the Bourbon Trail, then back home to NY. 2 of us are leaving on June 23rd so we can stay off the interstate. The remaining 6 are leaving on June 25th and hitting the super slab. We are all meeting in Nashville on the evening of the 26th.
So my question for you is...What routes do you suggest for us (the 2 leaving on the 23rd) to get to Nashville? We know we are going to have to be on the highway just to get out of the NY Metro area, but after that I have no idea. Any help, ideas, suggestions, or previous trips taken with routes and points of interest would be GREATLY appreciated!
I always use Google maps on home computer and move the line/path around to see how the miles and hours change Simply by adding a destination and a starting point
