I carry a CRKT Crawford-Kasper. You gotta have a fairly big hand though because it's a huge 5" folder with a 3 3/4" blade that is as good as a fixed blade when locked. It also has a low textured grip which I like, but others don't.

I carry a two knives. One Fixed and one folding. Folding knife I carry Titanium Bradley Cutlery 4 inch S30V blade. I usually don't really care for Cold Steel products but I do love their Tanto fixed blades with San Mai III steel. Its very well made and its layered blade metal is excellent. So I carry Master Tanto fixed. I think the blade is 7.5 or so.
